I want a program that is very SIMPLE, user friendly and will not take all day to figure out. I am not good with computers and want something quick and easy! Any suggestions?
What is the best program for getting backrounds and such for my myspace?
Grab a background and put this in your code

background-image:url('http://www.image.com/image.jpg');
}
change out the url with the url to your background picture. Find one somewhere on the internet or get a photobucket type account and upload it there. Although, I don't think photobucket will allow you to upload big pictures, try some site that is similar.
