What is a easy or the best way to make friends on myspace? With out looking like a freak or cyberstalker.

First off.. be careful myspace can be dangerous.

I would just send them a message and try talking to them, or add them and start talking to them, look for people with the same intrest as you and you should be fine, I have met a few myspace friends and its pretty cool... just be careful.

join groups or find old friends and acquaintences.

although i think it's stupid and i don't understand why people want to add random people just to make it seem like they know a lot of people. but in truth, they don't and you won't even comment the lot of them. not targeting this towards you though, just in general.
